Include diverse immigrant communities in decision-making
Boston has become a majority minority city for the first time, and if it weren’t for immigrants the state’s population would actually have declined over the last decade. We will not succeed as a Commonwealth unless we can all come together around our
common goals and priorities and work together toward their fulfillment. Steve will make room at the decision-making table for all the diverse communities that make up this state, as he has in every organization he has led for more than twenty-five years.
