Eliminate duplication and secrecy in government agencies

In Iowa, the arrogance of the powerful is something we don't accept. Government functions best when citizens have the ability to see and review all of the decisions their leaders make.

My goal is a government that's responsive to Iowans. Instead of operating in secret and denying responsibility for decisions, I'll put Iowa government back on the road to openness for all citizens. Here are examples of ways I would combine services, cut waste, eliminate duplication and create the kind of accountable government I will demand:

Spending limits on political campaigns, & state funding
