• Accountability: We need to test our children to make sure they are meeting high standards. There need to be consequences to school districts that don't meet standards.
• Competition: Public schools, private schools, charter schools all of them combined make our system stronger because of the choices this gives parents.
• Portability: The money should follow the child. [Let] parents decide if their child will do better in a neighboring district or a charter school.
