Carla Howell on Tax Reform

Ending income tax gives average taxpayer $10,000 annually

Carla Howell will work to make government so small we don’t need an income tax. The Federal Income Tax costs us $1.2 Trillion each year. $900 Billion in personal Income Taxes. PLUS another $300 Billion in compliance costs (Bookkeeping, accountants, attorneys, audits, time spent filling out the forms each year, etc.) The average taxpayer spends $10,000 each year in federal Income Taxes. Imagine a federal government that left $10,000 in your pocket every year.

Abolishing income tax enriches communities & families

How would your life be different if you never had to pay an income tax? If you’re an average working American, the IRS is costing you $10,000 a year in federal income taxes alone. What would you do with an extra $10,000 every year?
Would it allow you to cut back on your work hours and spend more time with your family?
Would you start that business or a new career you’ve always wanted but never quite had the money for?
But it doesn’t stop with you. If your husband or wife works, that’s $10,000 for them too. Every customer who walks into your small business has $10,000 more to spend. Your family, your friends, your neighbors, your customers all have $10,000 more-every year, as long as you live.

All of this because we ended the federal income tax. This will enrich our communities.because prosperity must percolate up, not just trickle down. If this were possible.would you want it? Because it is possible. With small government. Small government is beautiful.and it doesn’t need an Income Tax.

End the income tax; small govt doesn’t need it

$700 billion out of the $1.9 trillion federal budget comes from our personal income taxes. Ending the personal income tax would cut the total federal budget back to a $1.2 trillion Reagan era budget. I seek to make the federal government so small it doesn’t need an income tax. Ending the personal income tax means that the average American taxpayer will keep $6,000 every year. That means prosperity for our families and our communities. instead of an over-bloated federal government.
