Must hold down spending

It has been proven over time that tax cuts stimulate the economy and increase overall tax revenues. In order to take full economic advantage of tax cuts we must also reduce spending. The current tax cuts aren't responsible for the increase in the deficit. We must hold down spending. The tax reform debate of 2000 has given way to tax cuts.
