Higher vaccine compliance when parents don't feel bullied

HILTON: I'm pro-vaccine, but I think the data shows when you look at different ways that this very, very emotional issue for a lot of parents has been handled. When you look at the data around the world, the places where the mandates are lower are the places where you actually have higher compliance, where parents don't feel that they're being bullied into doing something that they don't want to do. And that's what I want to see here. I think that the evidence is that if we can move away from this over-prescriptive attitude where you're telling parents to use so many different vaccines that they're concerned about, and actually do it without those kinds of mandates.
