Tuition Tax Credits repaid from lifetime earnings

I STRONGLY SUPPORT using Tuition Tax Credits to fully fund higher education, in colleges, universities and technical schools, where you get every dollar of your tuition back as a tax refund which you get when the student is later earning more. This would result in $1 Million increased lifetime earnings to the student, and $100,000 more tax revenue to the IRS for higher tax bracket better educated high quality job taxpayers.
