Cheri Bustos on Gun Control

Protect access to public lands for hunting & shooting

As the wife of a Sheriff's Deputy and the mother of three sons who are avid sportsmen, I am an ardent supporter of Second Amendment rights. And our family has depended on organizations like the National Rifle Association (NRA) to teach safe and proper use of firearms.

In addition to protecting the right to bear arms, I believe it is also critical to ensure that we have access to public lands for hunting and shooting, and I will work to protect that access.
