We must develop new, sustainable sources of water

Water is perhaps the single most critical issue facing Arizona today. Our population, along with that of the entire Southwest and Northern Mexico continues to grow. Unless we develop a new, sustainable source of water we will soon be facing a very bleak future. The cost and scale will require Arizona to forge agreements with the federal government, other Western states, and Mexico.
