If the Senate were to vote on a bill that required DNA testing in every murder/homicide would you support such a measure in order to alleviate wrongful death sentences?

Dexter says, "But I would have worked to make sure that the qualifying crimes were serious. Too often we read that the "third strike" is a petty theft. Three _violent_ crimes and you're out. And if they're that violent, three chances may be two too many."
