Explore consumption-based tax replacing all others

If I had a magic wand, I would immediately adopt a Fair Tax model (a consumption-based tax) to replace income, corporate, payroll, and property taxes. I understand this has been debated extensively at the federal level with little progress, and it's uncertain if it's feasible at the state level, but it's worth exploring. In the meantime, I believe we can eliminate the property tax, ending this egregious violation of your Constitutional right to property.
