Follow the Constitution even with regards to terrorism
Q: The 2012 NDAA removed the right to a trial if a person is accused of terrorism. Do you view this legislation as a reduction in civil liberties, or a necessary move to quell terrorism within the US? A: Yes, emergency situation; follow constitution.
Q: The Federal Grounds Improvement Act made it a felony to protest anywhere near a national security event. What is your position on this legislation?
A: No emergency situation; follow Constitution, and right to free speech.
