Reduce abortions without infringing women's rights to decide

A: I believe we need to stop questioning our constitutional rights and focus on what we can do to reduce problems. On women's health, we need to do all that we can to reduce abortions without infringing on the rights of women to make decisions affecting personal health. There are many countries where abortion is illegal, but still have rates much higher than those with effective women's health care.
