Alan believes that a woman's right to decide to have a safe and legal abortion is indispensable. It would be a travesty for the courts to overturn Roe v. Wade and turn the clocks back to a time when abortions were illegal.
The decision to terminate a pregnancy is one that each woman should be able to make with her family and doctor; this is not a decision for politicians to make. That is why Alan supports the principles established in Roe vs. Wade.
