Repeal DOMA; work for LGBT right to marry

As Senator, Alan will work hard to ensure that Massachusetts remains on the right side of history, and that citizens across the country--no matter their sexual orientation--win the right to marry whom they choose, adopt children, and receive the equal benefits and equal wages that all Americans deserve.

As Senator, Alan will work to repeal the Defense of Marriage Act, and will meet with leaders in the LGBT community to strategize about how we can build broad-based political support to end this law.<
