Federal government needs rotation in office

The Libertarian Party offers candidates from local to federal levels who listen and respond to the concerns of the people. Thomas Jefferson said, `[A Constitutional] feature I greatly dislike is the abandonment in every instance of the necessity of rotation in office.' This lack of rotation in office usually results in government, at all levels, losing touch with its constituents.
