Jack McMullen on Tax Reform

The Bush tax cuts are working

The economic rejuvenation these tax cuts have fostered is an opportunity for us to embrace policies that encourage creativity and entrepreneurship, and to replace and expand the number of, good paying jobs we've lost. The tax cuts are in place. They are working. And as a state just beginning to recover from the loss of more than 8,000 middle class jobs, we can not afford to send an elected official to Washington who is bitterly dedicated to "turning back the clock."

Do not repeal tax cuts: they was working

The tax cuts are in place. They are working. And as a state just beginning to recover from the loss of more than 8,000 middle class jobs, we can not afford to send an elected official to Washington who is bitterly dedicated to "turning back the clock." We need, instead, a senator who will work with this administration and the majorities in the Senate and House, to make a better future in Vermont as the clock moves forward.
