Chris Rothfuss on Government Reform

Democratic Challenger

Change for a Buck: fight special interest influence

I'm Chris Rothfuss, Democratic challenger for U.S. Senate from Wyoming, and I NEED Change for a Buck. Incumbent Senator Enzi (R-WY) will raise approximately $2 million this election cycle. He shouldn't get to win. He shouldn't get to have his Wyoming Senate seat bought and paid for by special interest groups. People that probably can't find Wyoming on a map will likely have more influence on our Senate election than the 220,000 registered voters of Wyoming.

Restrict political campaign funds

Q: Do you support the statement, "Stricter limits on political campaign funds"?

A: Support. Our political campaign funding system is deeply flawed. It plays a tremendous role in our Congress' inability to do anything useful. Publically funded federal elections are the best way to fix our campaign system.
