Regardless of whether you are for or against the various uses of Marijuana, my belief is Marijuana regulation is an issue that each State can address independent of Federal intervention. The Federal Government should have no say in how each State treats
the various uses of Marijuana. I support the following 3 bills:
HR2835: Prohibit federal interference in state-run medical marijuana programs.
HR2943: Personal Use of Marijuana by Responsible Adults
HR1866: Industrial Hemp Farming.
