Jay Wolfe on Abortion

2002 Republican Challenger (WV)

I am Pro-Life, from conception until natural death

I am Pro-Life and have and will lead on this important moral issue. Our founding documents guarantee the God-given right to life, from conception until natural death. I have always been committed to restoring America's respect for the personhood of the unborn child.

I support passage of a constitutional amendment to protect the right to life. I believe that Roe v. Wade should be over-turned. My convictions regarding the sanctity of life have always been clear and consistent.

No embryonic stem cell research

Stem Cell Research: I support stem cell research, but not on embryonic stem cells that results in the extinguishing of a life created at conception.

Pro-life champion for the unborn

Jay Rockefeller supports abortion in every form, including late-term abortions up to the moment the child draws his or her first breathe. Jay Wolfe is a pro-life champion, and believes that it is our duty to protect innocent human life-born or unborn. Isn?t it time for a new Jay in West Virginia?
