3% investment tax credit should be permanent
I believe that we need to have rational, stable tax policies. In 1999, for example, Intel made it clear that without the investment tax credit, it would have been very difficult for them to make a $200 million dollar investment in their
Hudson manufacturing plant. Unfortunately, the investment tax credit is scheduled to expire in 2004. I will fight to make the 3% investment tax credit a permanent feature of the state tax code.
