Tea Party on Foreign Policy

Truth, justice, and American way are needed worldwide

In the past 50 years, there has been a decided shift in our culture against the idea of American exceptionalism. Today, rather than offering reasoned and appropriate criticism of America for its mistakes, and encouragement to live up to its highest ideals, the media instead lash out at the values and founding principles that made American exceptional.

Even when we are confronted with pure evil, many Americans are quick to blame America first.

We, the Tea Party Patriots, disagree. We believe that truth, justice, and the American way ARE what is needed today, not just in America, but all over the world.

How did we go from American exceptionalism to a deep sense of self-loathing in only two generations?
