Inez Tenenbaum on Abortion

Endorsed by EMILY's list of pro-choice women candidates

EMILY's List will recommend Tenenbaum to its nationwide network of members, opening the door to tens of thousands of donors eager to make Tenenbaum the first woman from South Carolina elected to the US Senate. "Under the leadership of Inez Tenenbaum, the South Carolina school systems have improved at an outstanding rate," said EMILY's List President. "Inez has proven ability to find solutions to the problems that face working families."

"Receiving the endorsement of EMILY's List is an important achievement for my campaign," said Tenenbaum. "We are running an energetic campaign that is addressing the issues that matter most to the people of South Carolina-improving education, protecting jobs and strengthening the state's economy."

In its 19-year history, EMILY's List and its almost 73,000 members contributed to pro-choice Democratic women candidates and helped elect seven women governors, 11 women to the US Senate and 55 women to the US House of Representatives.
