Endangered Species Act is ineffective

The Endangered Species Act is an ineffective federal law that hurts the efforts of local governments, local agencies and local landowners to forge shared and responsible strategies to restore salmon runs to healthy levels. Salmon restoration can be accomplished through strategies crafted at the local level-but the federal government needs to get out of the way.
