A fair taxation policy without prejudice or special interest exemptions means the tax code must reviewed and reformed to create a new tax system that will stimulate economic development, is fundamentally fair, eliminates corporate
welfare, excludes loopholes, and would be sufficient to pay for essential federal government operations.
