The Patriot Act is racist profiling
An immediate end to the racist profiling of Arab, Muslim and South Asian communities is necessary. The Patriot Act and related federal & state legislation passed as part of the racist "war on terror" must be overturned immediately. The secret FISA court,
which issues hundreds of secret warrants each year to the FBI to conduct domestic spying, must be abolished now. The Guantanamo Bay detention center must be shut down and all those incarcerated must be returned to their families and communities.
