Scott Tipton on Immigration

Secure our borders; punish employers who hire illegals

I believe it is important that we continue to welcome those who seek to come to this country legally, but I strongly oppose amnesty or any special benefits for illegal immigrants. I believe we must secure our borders as a matter of national security. In Congress I will work to punish employers who knowingly hire illegal immigrants and oppose any and all policies that offer rewards to people who come here illegally.
