Elise Stefanik: Entitlements are in jeopardy of going bankrupt

Our national debt is now more than $17 trillion--and growing each day. That means our future generations are already saddled with crushing debt, and the programs that seniors count on are in jeopardy of going bankrupt in the near future, including Social Security and other entitlement programs. But still Congress refuses to take meaningful action.

As a small businesswoman, Elise will be a strong voice for fiscal responsibility, and will curb the unthinkable government waste that exists in Washington today. She understands we must address the existing underlying problems in Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid in order to protect and preserve these programs for seniors and those who need them.
