Rick Becker: Eliminate existing federal statutes infringing 2nd Amendment

Just as my bill preventing Federal gun restrictions from being enforced by state and local officials protects North Dakotans, I will fight relentlessly to protect 2nd Amendment freedoms for all Americans. I will support national reciprocity and will oppose any and all efforts that give federal law enforcement the power to violate these rights.
