In President Obama's White House Office of Presidential Personnel: I managed the White House's relationships with over 100 stakeholder groups across the nation to diversify the Federal Government. In doing so, I helped recruit, train, appoint and retain a record number of Women, African Americans, Asian Americans, Latinos, Veterans, LGBTQ and persons with disabilities in key leadership roles.
