Alex Merced on Abortion

Invest in technology & charity to reduce number of abortions

Q: Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

Merced: Allowed or Not Allowed, Abortions will happen unless you change incentives. I rather encourage people to stop donating to political organization and instead to charities to support women during pregnancy to help them choose life. Also investing money into technology to help remove a child safely from the womb earlier will help. These investments in technology and private charity will go much further than any political solution will in reducing the number of abortions and preserving life.

Q: Considering all issues (social, economic, national security, etc.), which political philosophy best describes you?

Merced: Moderate

Q: Please defend your answer to the previous question by referencing your publicly available track record.

Merced: I'm 100% passionate Libertarian and you can see my record of talking about limited government in over 2000 videos on youtube.com/alexmerced,

Prohibiting abortion creates a black market

Q: Do you support or oppose "Abortion is a woman's unrestricted right"?

A: I'm against the prohibition of abortion as it would only create a dangerous and violent black market. I encourage people to instead of donating their money to abortion˙politics to take that money donate it to shelters for pregnant women and other charities that can make it easier for women to choose to keep the child. Enable choices, don't force choices.
