Thus, ANY law creating a government program that costs money--as essentially ALL government programs do- diminishes the liberty and property interests of taxpayers. Any time the taxpayer spends working for money that goes to the government is time the taxpayers can't spend [doing what he wants]. My point here is simple: government spending INEVITABLY interferes with liberty & property. Consequently, legislators at all levels of government should constantly ask themselves whether each expenditure they authorize can be justified in light of its impact on the liberty and property interests of taxpayers.

Adopt a simple and fair single-rate tax system by scrapping the internal revenue code and replacing it with one that is no longer than 4,543 words--the length of the original Constitution.

Permanently repeal all tax hikes, including those to the income, capital gains, and death taxes, currently scheduled to begin in 2011.
