Properly fund our schools from the federal level

First we must properly fund our schools from the federal level. Once funding is allocated we can correct the course of our education system. We can improve schools by modernizing educational methods as well as the technology used by our teachers & students. We must create a viable path for students who are not interested in college. We must also create programs on the federal and state level that will guarantee any student that wants a college education will receive a quality college education.
