A: Yes, prayer should be permitted in public schools, but not forced. There is no such thing in the Constitution dealing with "Separation of Church and State". The Constitution only states that Congress will not make any laws establishing a religion. If a public school wants to have prayer, then there is no violation of the Constitution because Congress didn't establish a law about it. Take that ACLU.
A: I do believe parents should have more freedom in choosing a school for their children. However this is something that should be handled on the state level and not the federal level, it's too big.
