The Drug war on the Constitution is insane

• End the War on Drugs to free up prisons and police.
• The Drug war on the Constitution is insane. Prohibition in the 20's and 30's created a crime wave and gave rise to the Mafia and the Kennedy's. When prohibition was ended and when we end the new prohibition the profit motive will evaporate, drug financially motivated crime will become miniscule and people with a medical and responsibility problem won't be treated as criminals.

Legalize marijuana and tax it

• Drug War violates 4th Amendment.
• Drug War makes streets a war zone.
• Balance the budget - Tax pot.
• Crime rate soared in 70s Drug War like in 30s Prohibition.
• Legalization removes the rebellious appeal of drugs.
• Pardon non-violent drug offenders to free prison space.
• War on Drugs is a crusade against victimless crimes.
• Marijuana is not unconditionally evil; allow medical use.

Opposes "Drug use is immoral"

• End the Drug War on the Constitution.
• Not a single amendment to Bill of Rights is safe from the Drug war.
• Lying moron supporters are claiming just a few billion more, just give up a few more rights and we will finally solve this thing.
• End this insanity. Let peacefull people alone. Let people with a medical problem be treated medically not as criminals.
