I believe that peace in the Middle East cannot be achieved by means of legalisms and diplomatic gestures and good feelings. It will be achieved only by a strong and viable Israel in concert with a powerful and resolute United States. I am shocked that
the US State Department acts like a neutral in the conflict in the Middle East. We have to remake our commitment to Israel; and we also have to make our commitment to freedom, not only relevant to the rest of the world, but relevant to the Arab people.
